A Foundation for Success

Since the 1980's, Clear Risk Solutions, formerly known as Canfield, has served as an insurance and risk management partner, providing cost effective solutions to a large variety of organizations and programs.  We began as a full service third party administrator (TPA) for public entities throughout the state of Washington.  From this foundation, we have expanded our service offerings and now provide support across numerous industries, including nonprofit organizations.

Clear Risk Solutions remained family-owned until 2003, when it was acquired by Brown and Brown, Inc. This transition has increased our ability to provide solutions for our clients by providing a broader base of insurance options, increased marketability and greater access to a variety of excess carriers.

Today we actively provide administration, property and casualty insurance, and risk management services while maintaining a near perfect retention rate. We continue to look for the right opportunities to offer our services to new programs and organizations.
